About:
How I used to wish that I was in the Renaissance era where women with bulging tummies and flabby thighs were adored. But that was a year ago. One day I told myself that it's time to face reality, and start living in the present. So I begun loving myself for who I am and who I could be if I just adapt a healthy lifestyle. I still get insecure and I binge a lot of times but I try not to lose hope. MY STATS: Age:20. Ethnicity: Asian. Body type: Endomorphic. Height:5"1'. HW:158lbs. CW:128lbs. GW:114lbs.Following:

Day 2
I feel really good today. I had one and a half hours of exercise in the boxing gym (not sweating as much as before though). I was able to follow my calorie intake limit (I think?). But the best thing about today is that there was no binge eating at all! Plus, everything I ate were all nutritious! Yay!

This is pretty accurate. I’m on my second day of “STOP THE BINGE EATING, PLEASE.” Because. I don’t want to continue ruining all that I have worked for in the past months.
